Start with a low dose and watch for signs of improvement or a negative reaction, every dog will respond differently so monitor your results and adjust the amount you give your pet if needed. If your arthritic pet is moving with more ease and mobility the CBD is having a positive affect, if your pet is overly lazy or is panting they may have been given too much.

How can Rudeboy’s Remedy CBD tincture help my dog or cat?

Vets and pet owners have used CBD derived from purest hemp with very good results treating:

Skin Issues:
Dogs with skin issues, such as canine eczema, dandruff, acne, and dry nose, and fatty cysts respond well to the topical and internal use of hemp oil.

Joint Pain and Arthritis:
CBD benefited various types of arthritis, including joint damage and can reduce pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis.

Anxiety:
CBD has calming and soothing properties, dogs with anxiety should also be able to benefit from these effects. In fact, a lot of dog parents swear by hemp oil when it comes to dog anxiety, such as separation anxiety.

Seizures:
Studies have shown that CBD hemp has “anticonvulsant properties in animal models and reduced seizure frequency in limited human trials.”

Nausea and Vomiting:
Proven to work on humans, if your dog has motion sickness, or is suffering from nausea and/or vomiting brought on by chemo, it is definitely worth trying to use hemp to alleviate the symptoms.

Cognitive Dysfunction:
The anti-oxidative properties of hemp protect neurotoxicity, so it may help enhance cognitive functions in aging dogs.

Cancer:
There are also anecdotal reports on dog parents using hemp as a complementary treatment for their dogs with cancer. Talk to your vet if you want to use hemp in conjunction with other cancer treatment (e.g. chemotherapy).

Since there are different types of cancer, and dogs respond to treatment differently, hemp may or may not work for your dog. But it does provide an additional option.

How long will it take till I see results after my pet takes Rudeboy’s Remedy CBD tincture?

If treating you pet for anxiety, you may see the effect within 30-60 minutes (if the dosing is correct).

If you are giving to help with joint pain, it may take a longer period of time for the body to respond. We recommend allowing 2-4 weeks for full effect.

Is It possible for my pet to overdose on CBD?

We are happy to report it would be extremely difficult to give a large enough dose of CBD tincture to seriously harm an animal. The toxicity of CBD appears negligible, unlike THC. We do advise you to always start slow when introducing any new supplement to your pet’s diet.  The Hemp Seed carrier oil may upset a pet’s stomach if they are not use to a little extra fat in their diet. Fortunately, this is rare and only temporary.

Is Rudeboy’s Remedy CBD tincture legal in my state?

Yes! Our tincture is made from organic hemp, in the USA, and legal in all 50 states.
